Why am I getting an error message stating "Your session is invalid or has expired"?
What can I do to keep my messages out of the spam/junk folder?
My messages are being sent out at random times when using webmail
Your Cookies or Javascript is disabled
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools -> Internet Options
- Under the Security Tab click on the Internet Icon
- Then under the "Security level for this zone" click the button "Default Level"
- Under the Privacy Tab click on the Default button
- Click on the Sites button
- In this new dialogue type in the address field "monsterwebserver.net" and then click the Allow button
- Click Ok on this dialog to close it
- Click on the Ok button on the Internet Properties dialog to close it.
Why are my messages going in peoples Spam folders
- Send email to those that want it. We have found that using bought email lists is the quickest way to ensure that your email will be delivered to the bulk mail folder. Instead, use confirmed, opt-in email lists.
- Honor the scope of the list's intent. If customers believe they are signing up for a specific list on a specific topic, and they are subscribed to other lists or receive unrelated, off-topic messages in the process, they will likely mark such messages as spam.
- Honor the frequency of the list's intent. If customers believe they are signing up for a list that will message them once a week, and they receive messages daily, they will likely mark messages as spam.
- Don't hide your identity. Misleading "From" names, subject lines, and forged headers are not likely to help you win your customer's hearts.
- Include valid unsubscribe links and periodically refresh your list. Unfortunately, spammers have taught users that unsubscribing is a bad idea. By periodically sending a confirmation email, you can be sure that the people receiving your email want to receive it.

If your using webmail and your messages are being sent out with weird timestamps on them the problem is most likely with your time zone settings.
to change this...
- Click On Personal Settings
- Under the Preferences tab there should be a drop down box for Time Zone.
- Chose your time zone from the drop down box
- Click save and your new settings will be saved to the server
